How do I pay with JazzCash?
Place your order on the site and choose JazzCash at checkout. The next page shows the exact amount and our JazzCash number, 0333 4858855. Send the amount from your JazzCash app, take a screenshot of the confirmation, then tap the green WhatsApp button on that same page — your full order details are already written out for you. Attach the screenshot and send.
Can I pay when the parcel arrives?
Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay the rider in cash. It is available everywhere in Pakistan. We will still ask you to confirm the order on WhatsApp so we have your address right.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is PKR 200 on single jars, and free on every combo deal. It is also free on any order of PKR 3,000 or more.
How long does delivery take?
Two to four working days after your order is confirmed, anywhere in Pakistan. We pack and dispatch the same or next working day, and send you the tracking details on WhatsApp.
My honey has gone grainy at the bottom. Is it spoiled?
No — that is crystallisation, and it is one of the clearest signs honey is raw and unprocessed. Stand the sealed jar in warm (not boiling) water for ten minutes and stir. Never microwave it, as that destroys the natural enzymes.
Is this honey really pure?
Yes. It comes from our own Small Bee hives, is strained through mesh without heating, and goes into the jar exactly as it came out. Nothing is added — no sugar, no glucose syrup, no colour and no preservatives.
Do you take bulk or wholesale orders?
We do, including gift boxes for events and corporate orders. Message us on WhatsApp with the quantity and sizes you need and we will send you a price.
What if my jar arrives damaged?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp on the day it arrives and we will replace it or refund you. Every jar is checked and sealed before it is packed, but couriers are couriers.
